We’re an Adelaide-based digital agency working with clients across South Australia, all of Australia and beyond. Everything is handled online with clear, regular communication.

Do you work with businesses outside Adelaide?

Absolutely. While we’re proudly based in Adelaide, we partner with businesses Australia-wide and internationally, so your location is never a barrier.

How long does a typical project take?

Most websites take around 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the size and features. After our discovery call we’ll give you a clear timeline with milestones.

How do I get started?

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We’ll audit your current site, keep what’s working, and rebuild the rest into a faster, modern site that converts and ranks better.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Always. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested across phones, tablets and desktops for a fast, polished experience on any device.

Do you build on WordPress?

Most of our sites are built on WordPress so you can easily manage your own content, but we’ll always recommend the best platform for your goals.

Can you build an online store?

Yes. We build e-commerce stores on WooCommerce with secure payments, product management and everything you need to start selling online.

Do you provide hosting and ongoing maintenance?

We can. We offer optional care plans covering hosting, updates, backups, security and support to keep your site running smoothly after launch.

How long does SEO take to show results?

SEO is a long-term investment. Most clients start seeing meaningful movement in 3–6 months, with results compounding the longer we work together.

Do you guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No honest agency can guarantee a #1 ranking — and anyone who does is a red flag. What we guarantee is proven, transparent work that steadily improves your visibility and traffic.

What’s included in your SEO plans?

Our SEO plans include technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, local SEO and regular reporting — tailored to your plan and goals.

Do you manage Google Ads and social media ads?

Yes. Alongside SEO we manage Google Ads and social advertising on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to drive traffic while your organic rankings grow.

Pricing & Payments

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted individually based on your goals and scope, so you only pay for what you need. After a quick discovery call we’ll send a clear, fixed quote.

Do you offer fixed prices or hourly rates?

For most projects we work to a fixed price so you know exactly what you’re paying upfront. For ongoing work and retainers we can arrange monthly plans.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We usually start with a deposit to book your project in, with the balance split across agreed milestones and a final payment before launch.

Are there ongoing or monthly costs?

Only if you’d like them. We offer optional care plans for maintenance, hosting, updates and SEO so your site keeps performing after launch.

What’s included in a quote?

Your quote spells out exactly what’s covered — scope, deliverables, timeline and price — so there are no surprises along the way.

How do I apply for a job at Launch Nest Studio?

Do you work with recruiters or recruitment agencies?

Yes. We partner with selected recruiters to help us find great designers and developers. If you’re a recruiter, get in touch through our contact page and we’ll share our current hiring needs.

Do you offer internships?

We do. We run internships for aspiring designers and developers who want real, hands-on agency experience. Send us your portfolio and a short note about what you’d like to learn.

What roles do you usually hire for?

We mainly look for web designers, front-end and WordPress developers, SEO specialists and graphic designers — but we’re always keen to hear from talented people in related fields.

Can I do a remote internship or role?

Yes. We’re a remote-friendly studio based in Adelaide, so most roles and internships can be done remotely with regular check-ins and mentoring.
